You have 28 calendar days from the date you received your order to return an item.

Shipping for Returns

If you ordered the wrong item, you are responsible for returning the product at your own cost.

If we made an error or the product is faulty, Packpoint will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement at no extra charge.
