Return Period

  • You have 28 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return.

  • After 28 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Circumstances & Processes

1. Change of Mind / Wrong Item Ordered
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

  • Return the item to Packpoint within 28 days.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please note: delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. Faulty / Damaged / Incorrect Item Received
  • Contact us immediately with details and photos if possible.

  • Packpoint will cover return shipping costs.

  • We will provide a replacement or a full refund once the item is returned and inspected.

3. Order Never Arrived / Cancellation After Ordering
  • If your order hasn’t arrived, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will investigate with the courier and provide a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

  • Cancellation requests after processing will be handled case by case; shipping fees may apply.

Refund Timeframes

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • The time it takes for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 2–3 working days.

How to Return Items

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If returning due to our error (faulty/damaged/wrong item), we will provide a prepaid return label.

Notes

  • Items must meet the eligibility criteria to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • Refunds will not include original shipping charges unless the item was faulty or sent incorrectly.
