Terms and Condition

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the sale of goods and services by Packpoint (“Seller,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to the buyer (“Buyer,” “you,” or “your”).

By placing an order with Packpoint, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Orders and Contract

  • A contract between you and Packpoint is formed only when we dispatch the goods.

  • An order confirmation email or payment alone does not constitute a binding contract.

  • Until dispatch, both you (the Buyer) and we (the Seller) reserve the right to cancel the order.

  • Customised Products: For bespoke or customised orders, the contract is considered binding once artwork is approved and payment is received. You acknowledge that production may begin immediately, and cancellation will not be possible at this stage.

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1 Price Agreement

  • Orders placed via our website are subject to the price displayed at the time of purchase.

  • Orders placed via email, phone, or in person will be agreed at the seller’s discretion, and once agreed upon, the price is final.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price you pay will be the price confirmed at the time of order placement.

  • We accept payment via bank transfer, phone payments, and credit/debit cards.

2.2 Customised Products

  • Quotations for customised products are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

  • Payments made after this period may be subject to revised pricing.

  • Any additional charges for tooling, printing, or setup will be clearly stated at the time of quotation.

2.3 VAT

  • Packpoint is VAT registered. All prices are subject to VAT in accordance with UK law.

  • Customers in the Republic of Ireland must provide a valid IE VAT number to qualify for VAT exemption.

  • Orders delivered to Northern Ireland for onward shipping to the Republic of Ireland are still subject to UK VAT.

2.4 Credit Accounts

  • Applications for credit accounts are subject to external credit checks. Approval is not guaranteed.

  • Approved credit customers agree to comply with the credit agreement terms, including 30-day end-of-month payment terms.

  • Failure to comply may result in termination of the credit account and late payment interest charges as permitted by law.

3. Delivery and Shipping

3.1 Collection

  • Orders can be collected from our warehouse:
    Unit 2, Sedgley Park Trading Estate, Prestwich, Manchester, England, M25 9WD

  • Please allow 2–4 business hours for collection. For urgent requirements, contact us immediately.

3.2 Delivery Timeframes

  • Orders placed before 12 pm (noon) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm will be shipped the next business day.

  • If an item is out of stock, we will inform you of the expected dispatch date.

  • While we aim to deliver within 2 working days, Packpoint cannot be held responsible for courier delays if goods were dispatched on time.

  • Delivery times cannot be guaranteed, but we use trusted couriers that operate during normal business hours.

3.3 Delivery Issues

  • Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses may incur redelivery or diversion fees.

  • If Packpoint ships to the wrong address due to our error, we will cover all redelivery costs.

3.4 Liability

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once goods are delivered to your premises, or if you instruct the courier to leave goods unattended.

4. Returns and Cancellations

4.1 Returns

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Returns are accepted within 28 working days of delivery. Goods must be in original condition.

4.2 Refunds & Warranty

  • Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded promptly.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

  • Customised products are non-refundable unless faulty.

5. General

  • If any clause of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining clauses remain enforceable.

  • This agreement is governed by UK law.

  • You may request to opt out of marketing communications or request data deletion at any time.

  • We are fully compliant with GDPR and will never share your data outside our business without consent.

  • You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of any personal data we hold.
